  • Wish I would've read the reviews. I'll start from the beginning. Arrived Saturday January 7 about 3pm. One employee behind the counter about 6 people in line. It was a half hour until I reached the counter and by this time another employee showed up. Thank God! So I thought. My problem with her was she cut me off when I was asked why I was swiping my credit card. I simply tried to state I paid in advanced then was interrupted to be told this was for a deposit. Ok, nothing like taking two seconds to explain the $350 deposit! Then she asked me if I want to purchase insurance so I said it doesn't come with insurance? Her answer, No. never bothers to mentioned that my own full coverage will insure me. So I say guess I don't have a choice then. Again she says nothing. A few minutes go by and she wants my drivers license again then asked me to swipe my credit card again. One more time never says why. I have to ask to get an answer! Says computer crashes. Then hands me a pamphlet and points to the right. Doesn't tell me what to expect next or how the next employee will help me. Rude, slow, and unprofessional! By this time I am furious! Get to the next person. Hands me some more papers and says go to 5a and pick up your car. Literally that is all she said! Ok so again I have to ask for information on where to return the car or any information in general. Lazy and sloppy ! Next, get to the cars which all have damage. Scratches and dings on all cars. So I take pictures. Get to the exit and mention this to the lady and she says i should have been told to fill out an inspection sheet. Imagine that, one more thing they never bothered to mention. So I'm sitting in the car , rushing to fill out this sheet, while the attendant is complaining about the employees inside for not doing their job. She sounded just about as irritated as I was. So overall, I paid double than what I expected because of insurance, nobody bothered to give me a lick of information, they were slow, unprofessional, and lazy! I will never rent from this company again. They never said thank you and just pushed you out the door. Ignorant!
