  • I love cold stone ice cream!!! But... As I was deciding on which flavor to choose from after getting a sample, the employee meanwhile got started on my husbands order. The second employee on the floor then asked me if I was with him (my husband) and told me that I'd get helped by the same girl who was helping him. She then helped the 3 people who were behind me first before I got served. This to me was completely unfair. Just because I was with him doesn't mean I wasn't next. Anyway, good ice cream, not so good service wise.
