  • This company sent an employee who could not pass the simple warrant/background check at the gate of the military base. They then called us ranting about "Nazi militant bastards" and telling us they would not clean our carpets because the base was in "high alert". The gate guards told us it was an issue with the person the company sent. We tried to reason with their manager at the time and let him know his employee was the problem and they refused acknowledge the issue and send someone else to clean our carpets. Time wasted.
