People do there best to plan ahead and prepare for a relaxing mini vacation. It quickly turns into long hours of frustration as your flight is delayed multiple times. Guest are loaded on the plane and headed to runway. "We are sorry to announce that the plane is too hot so the plane sensor will not allow us to head out." Back to the terminal we go. Instead of cancelling the flight, they continue to say update in 20 minutes. Twenty minutes turns to hours. After over 6 hours the announcement is made that there are no hotels available. In a city FULL of hotels there is no rooms available. Are you kidding me. I have used Jet Blue for many of my travels. I am extremely disappointed that customers are made to sit for hours and little assistance to remedy the dissatisfaction of your customers. I sure hope you make this right, Jet Blue. I would hate to change my perception of your company over this one horrible experience!
