  • I would have loved to use your company, if I would have actually received a quote. Ken came out November 17th, but I didn't hear a peep after. Emailed and called for a follow-up. Was promised a quote by December 2nd and never heard anything. I usually don't write up bad reviews, but seriously this one is upsetting due to the time wasted and the urgency for me to get the work done. Business must be really good to avoid potential customers.
