  • After reading the negative reviews on here, I'm sure they do not care about my review either. I have been going here since they opened, for the past couple years. I usually get the ultimate wash. They do an OK job on the wash, post wash service could use improvement. but I always have a problem when I'm checking out. I have been here many many times and have to start my loyalty rewards program over and over - every single time I check out. They have no record of me ever being there. I have a personalized plate so it's not too hard to keep track of it. It is very frustrating, and ruins my experience there every single time. I tried to give them my loyalty but they have not been able to give me anything in return. For that reason, I will now find a new place to get my car washed.
