rev:text	I will never rent or even refer them to my family and friends for rental property. took so long for repairs, emailed and notified them several times before they do something!! at the end of my lease, I went through them for a thorough house cleaning and carpet cleaning so I won't have any problems and it's up to their standards and I dnt have to hire anybody else even though it cost so much I was ok with that. of course in the end they still take ur deposit charged me 899$for carpet cleaning and house cleaning. the house carpets were so clean when we left, no stains.. and the house we clean it before we left on top of the cleaning services. the initial quote for me is 500$ they added almost 400$ they said because of furniture stain and one stair step that has stain that it's not even our stain. it must be from old renters or when they are actually cleaning the house.. I dnt know! they expect that house will be immaculate and the ugly furnitures to be almost brand new. never gonna happen coz we stayed there for 2 years which I hated because I cannot buy my own furnitures or move my own furnitures. in the end I don't know who's the company they hired for cleaning services no actual receipts just an invoice from tradewind so I really cannot find out and get second opinion for the price and if it's fair to charge me 899$ for cleaning services! so I really don't think it should cost that much. it was unfair coz they know we have money. the owner is nice but tradewind is really bad.. I had a bad experience with them. never again for me and for the people I know who wants to rent. be careful. if u wanna go through them u have to have money because of my experience..
