It is with regret that I must say the same things I thought I would experience from a dealership is what I received :( I was the sucker. Enough said. I even called back with in a week after purchasing the "new" used car to see if I could get my old car back. The people who I talked to refused to do a clean exchange, but that I'd have to pay double my car payment currently for a car the same price.
All in all I would give the company a chance to regain my trust and further push and help them gain more customers. I usually give everyone the benefit of the doubt and think that Karma and customer service has a lot to do with how we live our lives.
