| - My family and I have lived here for several years. We chose this place primarily because the office staff was so friendly and welcoming. Over the course of the first year, we got to know them better. LuAnn and Laura were an amazing team. Every question was answered and every maintenance request was taken care of quickly. Sadly, things have since gone downhill. There have been multiple management company changes. The first change, to Riverstone Management, wasn't too bad. While their priorities were a bit mixed up, at least they tried. Greystar was hired on as the next management company. That is when the customer service really started to deteriorate. LuAnn is still here and still amazing. Laura has since retired and the staff that had been sent to replace her has yet to succeed in even coming close to filling her shoes. Our maintenance staff was taken down to one, which was quite noticeable to the residents. The newest management company, Avenue 5, is even worse. While the maintenance staff has been built back up, the office staff (with the manager, LuAnn, being the exception) is miserable to deal with. Many of them have been incredibly rude and unable to take care of simple things, like letting the maintenance team know when a work order has been submitted. The only way that we have found to get things taken care of is to go straight to LuAnn or straight to the maintenance guys themselves. On top of dealing with that, they began charging for parking which was once a part of our lease and many of my neighbors are moving out because of sizeable rent increases.
This used to be a fantastic place to live. A place where families were taken care of, a place where people met in the grassy areas with their pets or at the pool for potlucks. It is a pity to see the quality decline so quickly.
