  • Went to the Brown Derby for the first time. Had high expectations! Started out with the endless salad and it was quite good. It went downhill from there. I Love yeast rolls! But these were cold. The steak was over cooked. I ordered it topped with mushrooms and onions. They were overcooked to a soggy, watery mess...as well as the vegetables. Cooked to mush. I will not be returning.
