Being a former pharmaceutical chemist who used to host science fairs for 3rd graders by making liquid nitrogen ice cream, I was definitely skeptical at how the ice cream at Creamistry would turn out. I was completely surprised at how good the ice cream was.
I chose the premium base with a matcha tea flavor (no toppings). The ice cream was really cold and hard, the way I like it (not a fan of soft serve) and didn't melt quickly. It also didn't have as much air as typical ice cream so it was super creamy and dense, these are really great qualities in an ice cream. I would definitely come back.
