I purchased an electronic device from Walmart. I purchased with it the extended warranty. The product failed after two months then I went into exchange it with the product in hand along with the receipt and the warranty. The cashier who sold me the warranty never let me know that I had to jump through a bunch of hoops to process said warranty. I ended up standing at the customer service desk for about 30 minutes to no avail. I have to ship the device back to Walmart... Even though I was standing in the Walmart I bought it at... In order to receive a refund a few days later. I have purchased similar warrantees through Best Buy and I was always able to walk in and process the warranty with the service desk there. Take a hint Walmart and stop being such a piece of crap. Not happy. The customer service representative on the other end of the warranty was very apologetic and understood my frustration.I don't think that this is a reflection of Walmart employees only the policies and procedures at Walmart it's self has put in place.
