To start off, the place is small and quaint. I could see this as being a successful eatery if they had proper management. The guacamole was basically out of a bag. I don't mind spending money if the product I'm getting is worth it. The food was decent. This place has a lot of potential but the management is very lacking. There were about 5 employees sitting around and just one person waiting the whole restaurant. Manager was just at the bar having a drink, very unprofessional. Next time I'll stick with the original El Toro.
