  • I went to get a few items, hair products and an extension cord. When I went to check out, the associate just stared at me. I had to greet her instead of receiving a greeting from her... furthermore, when I asked "how are you?" she said "eh." and shrugged!! When the transaction was complete she walked away and my items weren't bagged up. I had to sort of shout and ask for a bag. She responded "you need a bag for these small items??" I said yes, there is too many to hold! Why do I need to explain myself? Customer service is definitely a lost art.
