  • This is, without a doubt, the MOST incredible repair shop in all of AZ!!! My husband has a very old Boluva Watch. I took it to numerous watch repair shops but no one would touch it. I heard lots of excuses from "we can't get parts, it would cost to much, it's to old", blah, blah, blah. Then I went to Norm's Watch Repair on Mesa Dr in Mesa, close to Main Street. Just a cute little green house. A very old established shop, since the 1950's I think. The nice lady in front named Jewel commented on what a nice watch it was and she could tell it was important to my husband. She took it back to the jeweler. She came back and said it may take awhile to get the parts needed, but if we could be patient, they could fix it!! Wow, what great news. Yesterday we got the call, the watch was ready! We picked it up and I thought my husband was going to cry, he was sooo excited! The watch looks and runs like it did 40+ yrs ago. Sure it took a while to get all the necessary parts, but Norm's was persistent and got it done! We are so, so appreciative to Jewel and Norm's Watch Repair!!! Oh, and the total cost was very reasonable! Thank you Jewel and Norm's!
