  • A prior review about a female staff member on the phone being rude is totally correct. AA Medical requested a Physician Order for oxygen which I paid the Physician Office $35 . I verified that it was faxed to their office, then received a bill from Medicare that AA Medical billed Medicare and was paided. I get a theathing letter that we will be billed $157 per month if I don't get another Physician Order. I called telling them I just had the Physician Fax an order the last month, the lady was rude and yelling that that doesn't guarantee they will be paid the next month. I asked her we Hy is this an issue when her Company was paid by Medicare the month prior. Her attitude was I need to get another Physician Order this month, I told her to come pickup their equipment but I want an inventory of all they pick up on paper. They came yet still didn't write everything on paper. PLEASE EVERYONE... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR PEACE OF MIND- THEY USED TO BE A GREAT COMPANY. AMD LIKE THE LADY WHO COMMENDED EARLIER...IF THERE WAS A GRADING OF NEGATIVE...I WOULD SCORE IT NEGATIVE 25....
