rev:text	Probably the worst office supply store I've been to. It's always hard to find someone to help you, and they're often out of stock of items that are listed as in stock online. I bought a printer here last year, got home and opened it, and saw that it was marked up (black marks on a white printer) - it obviously was not new, but was sold to me as if it were a new product. Took it back and no one apologized, I had to wait about 20 mins for them to exchange it for a new one. Most recently, I had a printing order that I submitted online for pickup at this store, and although I later found out that the order had been ready the day after I placed it, the store did not notify me in any way (which they are supposed to do) and I had to chase down Staples HQ to find out what was going on. They said they did not know why the store would not have notified me. When I tried to call the store to verify that they had gotten the order, I tried 3 different departments on their automated phone directory and could not get through to anyone, despite multiple attempts. This was at 3pm on a weekday when they are most certainly open! This Staples desperately needs a new management team and staff. I will go to a store further from my house in the future to avoid the headache.
