We tried Nora's last night for the first time. The ambiance is really great with bricks, white lights and white linen. We had a great waiter Sebastian that was very knowledgeable and courteous to our needs. I'm not sure I can say I was in love with the food though, but I will say maybe I need to try again. My husband wanted risotto but they only have risotto balls. He ordered a margarita pizza large which was $18. Where he may have gone wrong is he ordered extra sauce and we both agreed it was too much. His bad, I think normal sauce would have been how he liked it. I ordered the baked rigatoni do it arrived way too baked. The inside was very dry and it was a ricotta overload. The dish was not deep at all so the ricotta being dry from heat soaked up any sauce. The meat sauce wasn't very meaty. In fact I didn't taste too much meat. So may be I ordered wrong and again the place is affordable and nice enough for second chances!
