My tenant was complaining about the air flow coming from the heater and that it was not distributing evenly in the house. I called NRS and was able to have somebody over the next day to find out what is wrong with the system. They were quick and able to give me a very reasonable quote on fixing the system along with taking pictures with detail explanation. Once we determined the cost (which was very reasonable), the parts took about 3 days to recieve and they were able to fix the heater the next day. It was fast and very friendly service. The air flow in the house is now very satisfactory.
