The greeting at the front door is warm and inviting. I love how they change the window paintings periodically. The wait can be long, so come a bit earlier. The decor is greasy-spponish, but everything seems clean.
There's so much on the menu, that you can find something you like. Avoid the steak and eggs. Chicken and waffles are very good. Egg white omelettes excellent...in fact everything here is pretty solid. Kids love the strawberry waffles, the s'mores pancakes (seriously, which kid wouldn't). The regular coffee is good, but the coffee press is worth looking like a nouveau french pretentious wannabe intellectual. Yep, it's that good.
Again, a good place to start the day.
