  • I stayed here on business and will not return. The hotel is supposed to be in the same class as a Westin, not even close. The whole hotel was filled with partying teenagers there for some type of basketball tournament. It was loud at all hours of the night. The $25/ day mandatory valet is a joke as well. It took them 15 minutes to bring me my car every morning. I've stayed at the Westin, The Ritz, plenty of other hotels that have valet and they've never taken 15 minutes to get me my car. On the morning of my departure they even started to roll my luggage to the wrong vehicle and then told me I gave them the wrong ticket? I gave them the only ticket I had; I'd prefer an apology over an excuse. I avoided eating there minus one morning I ordered a bagel toasted with cream cheese, a Diet Coke, and a glass of orange juice .... $28!!!! You could have a steak for dinner for that price. I understand that I'm paying for a service when I order room service but $28 for what I ordered.... Not okay.
