  • I took my garment steamer in to be fixed. They said if it wasn't fixed in two weeks they would sent it to the manufacturer (it was under warranty) I called two weeks later, they said it wasn't fixed, two weeks after that I phone again and they say - yeah- it's been done for a week - nobody called me. I picked it up - brought it home, plugged it in and it was doing the same thing I took it in for. Useless - and terrible hours.
