I normally like this location BUT upon entering the store the Loss Prevention girl named Amanda who "greets" customers instead gave attitude. I was on the phone but heard her still "greet" and say something smart as I walked by. Like really? I never had a bad experience in a Ross before from their staff. This employee should not be "greeting" people or in a business of the general public with that type of manner. Ross, customer experience is everything and bad employees leave a lasting impression.
