| - The only reason I dislike this location is that it's so far out of the way.
All deliveries in the NE that can't be delivered ultimately end up here. The main thing I hate about Purolator in general is that they only try to deliver a package once while FedEx or UPS will try 2 or 3 times before giving up (or unless you tell them otherwise). Sure, you can call up Purolator to reschedule a delivery, but sometimes you have to wait on hold for 20-40 minutes, which is a pain. They don't have any tools online in which to do this either.
This location, being located near the airport, although on the opposite end not near any "main" roads, is not easily accessible by transit (Route 32 takes you up to a certain point (NovAtel), after which, you'll have to hike up a hill a bit).
I dislike driving as I get really bad vertigo, so if I have to pick up a package here, I either have to suck it up or budget about 2.5 hours out of my day to do a return trip by transit since I have to transfer from the C-Train.
Anyways, Purolator is Purolator and they've operated this way for so long now so it is what it is (until they decide to make it easier for customers to reschedule deliveries). If you're a transit user, getting to this place (and the other shipping companies that have depots in this area, which also include FedEx and UPS) is painful, although not impossible, so just be aware of that if you ever need to pick up a package here.
