  • DO NOT LIVE HERE. I wish I could give 0 stars. Staff will always tells you different things and are never on the same page. They nickel and dime you for EVERYTHING and will charge you for things out of your control. They were a mess during my sublease process when I first moved in up until when I moved out. They will charge the entire floor if one person on your floor leaves one bag of trash lying outside the door, which is COMPLETELY out of everyone else's control. They will charge for things that were wrong with the apartment before you got there even if you marked it on your move-in sheet. They give you a week to pay fines that you were not at fault for whatsoever and then when you try to get in contact with them, they take days to respond so that you run out of time. Staff was mainly always rude, except for a couple of awesome people but again, never knew what they were talking about which will screw you over. Apt may look nice on the outside but STAY AWAY! Management is a total disaster and you WILL be charged for random things just for the hell of it. This is my first review I have ever left and I will post on every page so everyone knows. DO NOT LIVE HERE.
