  • My cousins decided to do a secret santa gathering at this particular dave and buster location. When you walk in, it seems as if it's going to be a great time; however, it becomes just satisfactory very quickly. We were late to be seated and we had to stand at the bar at first. We were excited as we were trying to get our drank on, but the bartenders took an unbelievable amount of time to tend to the guests. If this was New York, we'd be drunk before even getting to the table! The food wasn't that great and we didn't get much of the food together. I understand that we were a large party, but there should be something in place for parties of 10+ people. Once we ate dinner, we decided to explore the game floor, but that became a buzz kill very quickly as well. Many of the games were not taken care of or were out of order. Many games had drinks and sticky food spilled on them and the cleaning crew was not taking care of this fast enough. Overall, not the best experience; we left the location more bummed than anything. I wouldn't go back.
