If I could review with negative points I would. First time renting a vehicle .. The first rental car they gave me smelled like straight urine .. I was nervous to sit on the seats and I didn't have time to go back and trade it in a for another one .. I tried to reserve the car for an additional 2 days and the car had been sold. to.me it was like a blessing because in all reality I could stand the smell...
Anyhow.. I return the car they give me another one the guy at the return office was rude barely spoke to me.... I specifically said the moment I got to.him don't charge my credit card here's my debit card. and about minutes later he gives me a receipt charged to the credit card... fml...smh..
On to the new rental... I asked him is it okay for me to bring the car back at 5 .. that's the return time right once again I don't do this kind of thing... he brushes me off and says that's fine bring the car back at 5... notation of additional cost. pushes the paper work in front me to sign for the rental.
I do take responsibility for not reading over that contract, but that's what I get for being a trusting consumer...
fast forward 2 days later I get my cc update and they have charged my account for more than I agreed to. I called and longer story short I kept the car 2 hours longer than I guess I was supposed to. I tried to explain the not so gentleman told me that I could keep it till 5. no mention of any additional fees for keeping it 2 hours longer than I guess I was supposed even though I specifically asked him...
anyways the customer service rep was rude.. the guy didn't give two shits about anything.... and I had a stinky ass car.
they should have been batrased to even have that as a product.
