  • Jodi, Ann, and Bridget are great. They are exceptionally knowledgeable about the real estate market in Charlotte, they know the right people, and their attitude and personality make all the difference. I contacted Jodi about selling my condo in Noda in February. They came by, explained the process and were really easy-going. Jodi and Ann recommended the best price - and the right repairs and process to get my condo sold quickly and without issue. Jodi made all the arrangements to have repairs done and painting, she found a great cleaning person and as a result, my condo sold in a day with 5 offers on the table. Further, my property sold for more than any other listed in the development (for my square footage and characteristics). I owe all of this to Jodi and Anne's attention and knowledge. Throughout the process, Jodi became a great friend - she knew just what to say when there were unexpected delays and was always available to keep me in good spirits. More than anything, this made the whole exchange really good for me. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.
