  • I've lived here at Elysian since April 2017. The apartment and the amenities are beautiful. However, every couple of weeks, we get an email notification that they are working on parking lot repairs. This place has been open since March, they're still working on repairs. Every time, they have repairs, we can't park anywhere in our "zone". There are 3 zones, and parking is still tight, so when one zone is shut down it's very frustrating. This morning, TWO zones are shut down even though they stated an one zone would finish and they would move to the next. I'm paying almost $1400 for this apt and every few weeks I have nowhere to park. I've searched this entire property, hundreds of cars trying to cram into one zone. There are countless emails of promises that the repairs "will be done soon", which also come with the threat of getting our car towed if we don't park in the designated zone during repairs YET THERE ARE NO PARKING SPOTS. It's beyond frustrating. I know if I had been inconveniencing Elysian in any way, I would have been penalized for it. As tenants, we are inconvenienced weekly and they don't even care. Like I said, beautiful place, but the parking situation is enough for us to not want to live here anymore.
