  • Terrible service. The server never cleared our table so we were surrounded by dirty dishes throughout our entire meal. We had to ask for a refill while our server was rushing past us. After getting our meals no one checked on us so my fiancĂ© had to get up from the booth & walk around the restaurant in search of an employee to ask for a bottle of mustard. When we paid our bill I took out our loyalty cards for a stamp. It would be our tenth stamp, meaning we would get a free meal at our next visit. The cashier told us they no longer honored them. We asked to speak with a manager, I believe her name was Hope. I asked if they would at least honor these because it would be the last stamp. She denied my request. It's really dishonorable for a company to promise their loyal customers something to keep them coming back & then back out of it when the time comes to reward them. I thanked her and told her we wouldn't be back, & we won't. There are so many other restaurants out there that have tastier food anyway.
