  • I had been somewhat happy with Acosta until after I paid in full, cash up front for a brand new unit. I've had the unit in place for ONE year and already have leaking and other issues which Acosta could not diagnose. They told me to pay for a plumber which I did and now they refuse to reimburse me. The will charge more money to come out and look at the unit, but at this point, Acosta has lost my business! I do NOT suggest using this company. There are many other companies out there that will work to earn and keep your business.
