| - This is one of the nicer Goodlife locations downtown that I go to regularly. There is a yoga studio, change rooms, cardio machines, massage room and training area on the second floor. The bottom floor has the group class studio, weights equipment, and more lockers. I like the full length lockers and the layout of the change rooms.
The yoga studio is tucked away in the back corner of the second floor and it is quite small. On regular months and off-peak hours, it's fine, but during those rush-hour classes and promotional seasons (February for one), it gets PACKED! Make sure to arrive and get changed 10min earlier. Some people get creative and come in fully dressed to place down a mat to reserve their spot before going to change...
Same for the other drop-in classes like body combat and body pump. The studio is smaller than the other locations, so again, come early. I really like these classes but it does take away from the experience when I have to be careful moving around.
One random comment, the towel hamper gets really filled during after-work hours. It's common to see the used towels piled way above the height of the hamper... although it's exciting to see just how high it can go, like everyone is participating in towel Jenga, but maybe add another hamper there?
