  • I understand you're busy, but taking more orders than you can fill in a certain time is bad business. Waiting 10 minutes for a sandwich with a full staff is ridiculous. Waiting longer, like the people that were in front of me, is worse. Then getting charged for something that I didn't order, nor sounded like anything I've ordered, is frustrating. Thankfully it was only 1.50 because I wasn't dealing with going back. The man giving out the order at the bar also somehow gave a diet Pepsi instead of a regular, and looked confused when asked to change. Then sitting down, finally, for breakfast to find I have a lovely cup of mildly chocolate flavoured hot water. Getting ignored when asked to have it fixed, let's just say I'm not coming back.
