  • If I could give negative stars I would. My fiancĂ©e had a horrendous stay there. Call light in room not working, he was crying in pain n the bathroom for help... nurse yelled at him. They don't read charts or take concerns seriously. They being most of the staff we encountered. There was at least 3 that seemed to be competent. ..but I still wouldn't send a roach there for treatment. This hospital is part of cleveland clinic....but don't let that cloud the greatness of cleveland clinic. ....lutheran is like that annoying relative that everyone pretends they aren't related to. They really dropped the ball at this place....but I guess that's fitting because nurses drop stuff on the floor there and just pick it up and continue what they were doing with the patient. Yuck. At least the floor in the room was slightly cleaner than the gross floor in the bathroom..I really thought I got transported to a walmart bathroom when I went through that door!
