I called this location prior to stopping in and this is what I said. "Hi, this may sound ignorant but I need to mail a box of cookies to New Jersey and I don't know where to start. I never Fedex'd before." The girl on the other line was so flipping amazing and guided me through what packaging material in my house that I could muster up was acceptable or in my case practical. Could you imagine that kind of customer service from one of the 12 employees handling the front desk at the post office? NO. So I got my package assembled and took it into this location. As soon as I walked in the girl at the desk said, "are you Jesse?". She had the forms ready for me and different shipping options as well. There were several other customers in the store and from what I could notice is that she had helped them already by showing them how to use the funky printing machines and having her partner weigh and scale packages. Ok, FedEx= 2 employees efficiently running a line of and store of customers Post Office=fail. I sent my order out that day using regular standard shipping and it was received the following day... a Saturday for heaven's sake. ye Bye post ofice. FedEx really went above and beyond and got my order from Westlake, Ohio to New Jersey shipped in 24 hours on the weekend via standard shipping. I'll e back
