If I could leave zero stars, I would. I have been dealing with this pharmacy for the entire two years that I have lived in Vegas and they have maybe gotten a total of three of my monthly refills correct the first time. I take generic birth control, but it is a specific brand because the other brands give me headaches. Never have I ever had an issue with this at any other pharmacy in the past. This pharmacy, however, always managed to give me the wrong birth control, and when they did actually get it right it was never in stock and I had to wait extra days to have it filled thereafter. I have just recently moved to California and had my doctor call in a brand new prescription for me, only to request that it be transferred to a CVS in California. I have a voicemail from this CVS in Vegas saying that my prescription was filled on the 16th and another the same day from the CVS in California regarding the transfer, but I still don't have my script. I called this CVS in Vegas to inquire about said prescription and the extremely rude pharmacist "Jay" can't seem to find any record of it, and refused to connect me to a supervisor upon request. This is unacceptable business practice and I am appalled. If you are thinking of using this pharmacy, take your business elsewhere because they absolutely do not have it together and on top of their mistakes are rude and condescending. What a joke.
