Possibly the worst experience I have ever had at a dunkin doughnuts! I go into this location on a regular basis as it is the closest to one of my jobs, and I can honestly say I will never be back nor will I refer anyone to this location unless some serious changes are to be made. I will be going to the paradise bakery next to this location from now on. They are much more friendlier, faster and they respect their patrons.
There is an employee at dunkin that has slandered my name to the other employees and has apparently spread lies. I went in this morning to find I had been banned from the store for this reason. On top of that, I was called a "fuck face" twice this morning by an employee on the clock, in uniform, and behind the counter. How embarrassing is that? How is this behavior acceptable when that employee is the face of that franchise and the company they represent?
I'm a Realtor and my company is constantly ordering dozens and dozens of doughnuts from this dunkin doughnuts and others for open houses and meetings. My company will no longer order a single doughnut from any dunkin doughnuts location until these issues are addressed. No customer should ever be treated the way I was treated!
What kind of business allows employees to make false accusations about their loyal customers behind their back and then take it out on them without an explanation, and in front of other customers as well, which is embarrasing! If I could give it zero stars I would, worst customer service ever!
