  • I've never written a review on yelp, but I couldn't help myself tonight. We should've know we were in for it when at prime time on a Friday night, we were the only table occupied in the entire restaurant. The service was beyond terrible. Everything was slow and no one bothered to clear our dishes as we ate. Once our dishes reached volcano height the chef stacked them on someone else's table. The sushi we ordered was delivered without part of the ingredients. When we inquired about this the server responded, "oh he doesn't make it like that". Apparently the menu was mistaken. While I was hoping for a late comeback during the tepan potion of the dinner, I was again disappointed. The chef let the grill get too hot...perhaps it was because midway through the cooking he asked for a sprite which he promptly starting spiking with the sake from his food cart that he drank out of a styrofoam bucket. Classy...due to the overheated grill all of the food was burnt and overdone. Overall a very disappointing experience. By far the worst tepan I've ever had. We will not be returning.
