  • If it was possible to give 0 stars, I would. My requests for information online were ignored, I was ignored for 20 minutes at the dealership, and waited a total of an hour in the lounge area just to be told the car I was there for had sold. The rep didn't offer to help me in my vehicle search and quickly dismissed me so he could continue on to other customers. Aside from the cleanliness of the facility, Audi of Chandler is an absolute nightmare to deal with.
