  • The Situation: I needed a repair shop for a dent in the nose and front bumper of my 2017 Mazda 3 Grand Touring. The car was bought brand new a few months back. Needless to say, I was concerned that it would look like new again. I spoke to my local dealership and they recommended Excel Collision for all their bodily repairs. After I called my insurance I called Excel. The Staff: ALL the ladies in the office, no matter who you deal with, are kind, friendly and helpful.They made it very easy. They arranged for the rental company to pick me up upon drop off of my vehicle. Time: The repairs took exactly the quoted 2 days! This include the day I dropped it of! Incredible. I did have to wait for a part to come from Mazda but I was happy to do so since I knew I was getting a Genuine Mazda Part. The Final Product: The car looks awesome. The paint color is spot on. The replacement part fits tight. They guarantee all their work and parts for the life of the car. Very impressed. Extra Note: I arrived with super low blood sugar to the point that my hands were shaking. The ladies offered and gave me pizza while I signed the final paperwork. Felt better by the time I was pulling out. Thank you all! I hope to never have a reason again but IF there comes a time where I need them, I'll surely choose Excel Collision! :) RM
