| - This is an honest review of our experience at Tuscany Hotel and Casino. To begin with, the hotel itself is very clean. The rooms are very large with a mini kitchen. The bathrooms are well designed, good water pressure & heat up fast. We also asked for a microwave which they provided without question. So, everything we experience was up to our expectation for the price. So the good review = rooms, workers, front desk, food & plenty of parking. Up to now i give 5 stars. Now we look at the other side. The issues I have is 1) our room is separated from the casino so we have to either walk or drive to the front entrance, 2) there are only a minimal amount of playing tables. Mind you, I don't even gamble but I do like to people watch. If you wanted to stay up late to watch the tables at night time you will be very bored, plus you would have a long walk back to your room. So now your wide awake after that long walk. 3) I found it very frustrating to continue every day having to log onto the Wi-Fi in order to get service to our room or mobile device. Yup, every single day service drops & you have to re-log in each device & 4) we can hear the guests stomping around upstairs, so I'm thinking that these floors must be either wooden or super non-insulated thin. This casinos review keeps surfacing with only 3 stars & now I know why. It doesnt seem that it would take good management too much to address these issues to easily make this a 5 star hotel.
