  • I used to go to this location all the time and had great service so when I need my hair cut again I went to Great Clips. Upon entering there was two employees working and no one waiting but a long list of online check in on the screen since no one was there the stylist( who did not give me her name) took me right away. I had several pictures of what I wanted on my phone and answer all the questions about what i was expecting which was cutting 2 inches off shoulder lenght when dry. Odd thing I have NEVER had someone who is cutting my hair have me tilt my head to the sides so they could cut it. then the stylist took the texture scissors to what she said was to help with the layering ( I have had this done before so I said ok) Once she was done I like always was asked if I want to purchase any products. money was taken and I left. Once I got home I washed my hair with a ton of hair in the hair catcher this happened not once but two days in a row. My hair was super short and once drying uneven. About a week later I went to have my hair colored and the stylist there found uneven cuts and place where huge chunks of hair week cut out Now the process of letting my hair grow out, trim to even and grow out again. Maybe the stylist was new or it was a language misunderstanding but I am done with this location. Beware
