  • We were here when the Rock n Roll Marathon was going on, so I'm really surprised there was only one waitress, who was also bartending. No one greeted us, we had to ask if we should just sit. We ordered our food and they brought everything out on one tray for us to sort it out. My friend ordered a plain cheeseburger and they brought it loaded. We told them and they took it back and when she got it, the bun was soaked in ketchup. The chef actually wiped off all of the toppings, put it on the same bun and gave it back. I took it to the waitress and told her and she goes "ok I'll get another one". No apology, no care in the world, nothing. I only ordered a side of fries so I'm assuming she was crappy towards me because I wasn't the majority bill. When they brought it out she apologized over and over to the person who was taking the bill. The manager did come out, I believe her name was Ariel? She was very nice and apologetic and offered to get a round on us if we came back, but we won't be. No one was impressed with our food; my fries were undercooked and the burgers were burnt. No one was impressed with the service. I would not recommend this place. Not even sure why I'm giving it 2 stars instead of 1.
