  • Ditto to what everyone else has said. Booked on Kayak. When we arrived to pick up our car they told us that no cars were available (isn't a reservation about ensuring that a car will be there?) The agents were pushy and sketchy. So we cancelled our reservation and went next door to Hertz where we paid more but didn't have the headache of dealing with EZ. Will never book with them again.
