  • Worst salon ever. They have no idea how to blow dry hair and constantly try to upsell you. The woman who did my blow dry left me with frizzy horrible looking hair. I had to go to another salon and have them do it all over again. A complete waste of time and money in this place. The woman who did my hair spent hardly any time on the blow dry. She said she didn't have the right brush to blow dry my hair and used this weird flat brush and didn't even pull it down properly. She put literally no effort into it. This was the worst blow dry I have ever had in my life. She spent the entire time talking about how wavy my hair is and trying to sell me on adding the flatiron. I kept telling her that it damages my hair and I never use it. I had to explain to her how to blow dry hair because she had no clue. I think she deliberately did a horrible blow dry so I would be forced to add the flatiron service. At the end she kept saying see you need the flatiron. I get my hair done all the time without a flatiron and it always comes out looking normal. I was so disgusted by the whole experience. I walked out looking like a mess and they even tried to charge me an extra $5 than what they quoted when I came in. Do not come here especially if you have wavy hair. They are either completely incompetent or deliberately try to force you into getting extra services by making your hair look bad without them.
