  • Dr Suykerbuyk is very friendly and great with my kids. He made everyone feel at ease. They were always on schedule and quick to get us in. However, We won't be returning for a few reasons: My daughter needed orthotics, at the "casting" appointment we were lead into a terribly dirty room (plaster all over the floor, chair, and days of dried plaster on the disposal floor covering). Dr S did the casting and got up to leave- I motioned at my daughters plaster-covered feet and he said he'd send someone in to help clean up. The assistant brought us 3 wet paper towels and left. For $400 orthotics I feel like there could have been a basin, some assistance, and an actual towel included! In addition there was a charge to pick up these orthotics a month later (they called it "fitting", I complained, they agreed to waive it). Finally, my daughter had a very painful bump on her heal, Dr S diagnosed a "clogged sweat gland"-- weeks later with no resolution and a crying daughter it was diagnosed by a dermatologist as a Planters Wart. I was disappointed that he didn't catch that.
