  • I'm already not impressed. Unfortunately my doctor had to refer me to one of the doctors in this practice and I had to go. Health is important right? After today though I will definitely ask my doctor for a different endocrinologist. I'm not sure why doctors do not see you within a hour of your appointment. Sitting in uncomfortable plastic seats for over 60 minutes is not enjoyable. At the very least if you are going to make your patients wait to see you after waiting for over a hour in your waiting room make them at least semi comfortable. I've only seen two endocrinologist and they both have been mediocre at best. Also, when other patients that come after me get called back makes me wonder what is going on. I asked for an update and she said I was next which was a lie because two other people were called and they had come in 30 minutes after me. Unfortunately, I did like Dr. Palal's demeanor. It does not make me want to go back though. She apologized and told me that they had lost my file. Really? How can you misplace a file? I was called back after I had left a message to my referring physician to get me another referral. Funny how that works. I guess overall I was actually never impressed. My doctor had sent the referral to them and I called them for a good week before they got my referral. My doctor had sent it via email and fax. I would definitely not recommend coming here at all as they seem very disorganized.
