Recently helped a friend purchase a used 2012 Honda CRV, and traded in a 2006 Honda Civic. The CRV needed the paint buffed, fix the fog light and the rear trim. These 3 items were addressed while doing the negotiations and made an agreement, went through financing and everything was good. Scheduled an appointment to get the work done. The polished the car and fixed the fog light but wanted to charge her to fix the rear trim piece. I wanted to put that item on the we owe paperwork, but Chris Helm our salesperson told me it was standard that it didn't need to be listed and will be fixed. I helped my friend get a car just in case the dealer wants to take advantage of someone, well they did with her when I wasn't around. Dealer refused to fix what was agreed, even though this was a small item, they lost my trust in buying a future truck and the referrals to this dealer.
