  • My stylist was "let go" in the middle of her shift yesterday. I got a phone call less than 24 hours before my appointment and was told that I "might want to call Jessica and schedule something with her" INSTEAD of trying to fit me in with another stylist. How rude! Any chance of me ever going back, my friends/family going back or even recommending them as a salon is long gone.
