  • I've been to their main office on Allied Way in Scottsdale and had a positive experience so when I woke up a few days ago with a swollen eye I was thrilled they found me an appointment at this office (near my office). This despite the fact that the scheduler kept me on hold for nearly 20 minutes while in listened to a message praising their outstanding rating by the Better Business Bureau and Yelp. The doctor I saw was a huge disappointment. He never introduced himself (Rockwell?) nor did he listen to my concerns. I say this because he looked at my eye four times before he saw the problem I was describing. Huh? People at work noticed the problem and they didn't have the benefit of fancy equipment. All he did was give me drops and a referral to someone else. Which is noteworthy because while I was in the waiting room he walked out three other patients and I saw him do the same thing...drops and a referral to someone else. I will be not going back.
